No clip show, no hot takes for clicks. Start with the honest story of a first anime — and why it never really left — then the series that shocked me and changed how I see anime.

I’m Enerel — Mr. Anime E.T. This channel is where I share the anime I enjoy, the moments I still think about long after the credits, and the new discoveries I find along the way.
“Princess Mononoke was the first anime I ever watched. I didn’t know a cartoon could feel like that.”
Every video starts from a real memory or a real first watch — what hit, what confused me, what I only understood the second time around. If an anime stayed with you too, you’re in the right forest.
— Enerel, Mr. Anime E.T.
how it started —
Every channel has a first step. This is the path so far — and it’s written to keep growing, one video at a time.
The beginning
Before there was a channel, there was one film. Princess Mononoke was the first anime I ever watched — the forest, the kodama, the wolf rider — and it changed what I thought animation could be. It never really left.

what you'll find here —
Deep dives into the anime that shaped how I see stories — starting with Princess Mononoke and Death Note, told scene by scene from memory and rewatch.
Going in blind to classics and hidden gems I missed, and recording what actually lands — not what I’m supposed to say.
Shorter shares when something surprises me — a scene, a soundtrack, a character I can’t stop thinking about.

got an anime in mind? —
The best recommendations come from people who were changed by a story. If an anime stayed with you, tell me about it — suggestions left in the YouTube comments are where I look when picking what to watch next.
Name the anime. A film, a series, a hidden gem — anything I might have missed, Ghibli or otherwise.
Say why it stayed with you. One honest line beats a plot summary. No spoilers beyond the first episode, please.
Drop it in the comments of video #2. That’s the channel’s suggestion box — I read them there, and other viewers can cheer your pick on.
Pick a kind, write your suggestion, copy it, then paste it into the YouTube comments. Nothing is sent or saved from this page — the copy button just saves you retyping it.
Two videos in, a whole forest to go. Watch video #2 — Death Note — subscribe so you don’t miss video #3, and say hi in the comments with the first anime you ever watched.
